Petco carries a variety of flea and tick medication over the counter. You can only get a prescription product from a veterinarian if they have examined Bruno. Petco does offer vaccine clinics but you would need to check with the specific services individually. Cestex is a perfectly good tapeworm treatment. At the appropriately labeled doses, most pet deworms are very safe. If you haven't already, I would consult with a veterinarian on starting the health certificate process. It can take several months to complete any necessary testing and getting the paperwork all lined up for international travel. And you will likely need a veterinarian's record of a medication prescribed for Henry for treatment of tapeworms.

You would need a current prescription from a veterinarian who has physically examined Duke. You can then place your order and submit the prescription. The pharmacy will then contact the veterinarian or clinic to confirm the prescription then fill the order.
