Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this puppy food for its high-quality chicken-first formula, wholesome ingredients like salmon oil and sweet potatoes, and strong palatability. Most puppies eagerly clean their bowls, even notoriously picky eaters, with many owners noting improved energy and digestion shortly after switching. The small kibble size is ideal for young puppies and small breeds, easy to chew and perfect for puzzle toys. Reviewers value the transparent, USA-made ingredients and 31% protein content. A few note the kibble suits larger breeds less, and rare isolated incidents of packaging concerns were reported, but overall customers strongly recommend this food.

The product has great ingredients and our cat Gordon loves it so much. We had no issues with inducing it to him the first time. He was able to eat it easily even though he is a senior cat. Highly recommend. Good product soild offering

I purchased a large bag of Puppy Performance Sat 7/12 at the Statesboro Ga location. I always pour into an airtight container for my laundry room (threw the bag away) yesterday I noticed something in the scoop, WORMS!!!!!!! I’m disgusted!!!!! I have attempted to reach out to the customer service email however both email attempts have been returned as “cannot deliver!”

No, I do not recommend this product.

I purchased Sat July 12th @ petco, the entire bag is filled with larvae (worms!!!!!) I have sent numerous emails to the brands customer service contact address with a message returned as “no email can be sent to address!” I’m disgusted by all of the above

The kibble is very low in fiber. I have to supplement my dogs with veggies. Food is supposed to be 30/20 which is why I was buying it. Petco refuses to remove my online account so that I can sign out as a guest. Its a tracking system. I dont want to provide a phone number so that Petco and Google can track my every penny. I signed up today for repeat delivery but was unable to check out bc I wont do 2 step verification, wait for a code etc. to me that is ridiculous. the website is difficult to use; a 3 year old could design something easier. I'm not sure what part of "remove me from your system Petco IT department does not understand," but they wont do it. so i cant check out. I bought this food for several years. its ok not great.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I like the food quality but the pieces of kibble are so tiny it makes hand feeding extremely difficult. My German shepherd was developing a bad habit of stopping to sniff for dropped pieces. I had him stay with some trainers to get socialized and they all told me to dump this kibble because of the tiny size.

No, I do not recommend this product.

My little Yorkie loved the food. Tiny bites made it really easy to eat. I love that it doesn’t have a funky odor. The measurements are listed in the side of the bag making it easy to not over feed your puppy.
