Unpack in a warm, quiet area and allow 24 hours to adjust. Make sure your habitat is prepared and conditions are stable before unpacking. Secure 40-gallon or larger enclosure with proper lighting, basking, and UVB setup before unpacking. Maintain a basking spot between 95-105 F and a cooler zone of 80-85 F, with nighttime temperatures no lower than 70 F. Avoid handling until the dragon is eating and exploring normally. Offer small crickets or greens after the acclimation period and monitor activity, appetite, and temperature daily.
