My Frenchie puppy suddenly stopped eating and won't take treats. Why?

Hi, apart from tempting her to eat I think it is important to establish if she is not well. She could be running a temperature, or have a subtle infection, I would exclude this first and if all is well I would try to help her as she might be feeling a bit anxious without her friend. Hope this makes sense.

Shaking can be a sign of pain or it could be a neurological condition causing muscle spasms. At either rate this sounds serious for Frank and he needs and exam and perhaps even some blood tests to determine what is happening internally. I would definitely recommend taking him in to your vet asap to hopefully find out what exactly is going on so that he is treated properly for it. Unfortunately there is no way to know how best to treat him without more information on his condition.

It sounds like Khloee is sick. I can't recommend a home remedy in this case because she won't even drink water, which worries me. She could easily become dehydrated from the diarrhea and not drinking. I would take her into a vet immediately. Best of luck.

Poor guy. Bruce is very ill and in need of medical care. His symptoms are suggestive of a viral infection (Parvovirus if he was not fully vaccinated), bacterial infection or undelrying organ malfunction (pancreas, kidneys, etc). He needs a proper exam and bloodwork analysis to a start and try to narrow down the possibilities and get a proper diagnosis. He also need supportive care treatment such as anti-nausea medicaiton, fluids, and anything else that will treat his specific condition. Im sorry Franklin isn't doing well! He could have a GI illness causing his symptoms, and I can give you a home remedy to try to see if that helps. Withhold food for 8-12 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away. Leone will definitely become dehydrated if he refuses to drink water. It sounds like he is sick if he won't eat or drink, and is shivering. He needs to see a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. Hi there! The clinical signs you describe are fairly non-specific and do not necessarily point out any specific condition. Having said that, you know Gigi more than anybody else so I trust you when you say that she is acting weird. Usually, when a dog does not feel well the first thing you will notice is decreased appetite. Given that her appetite is still good, she may be fine overall. It is unclear as to what is exactly is going on. Since she is otherwise doing fine, I would let this declare itself and not get too concerned just yet. If she continues to act like this for the next 24-48 hours, have her examined by your veterinarian to ensure that there is nothing else obvious on examination such as pain of some sort which can certainly explain the signs you described.
