Hi Alan. A dog's pregnancy can last between 58-68 days. If Bella is more than 69 days pregnant, this is not ok and she has to see a vet immediately. I would take her into a vet now to get checked out.

Its reasonable to give er a few days and see if her behavior starts to improve, as long as her appetite is normal, she's not having any vomiting or diarrhea, her breathing is normal, and she will get up and walk to greet you when you call her. If she won't get up on her own, or is she's showing any other symptoms, you need to take her to the vet. If it's just that she's more tired, etc, give her a few days. Poor Princess! She could be pregnant but she could also have something else going on like parasites, eating something she shouldn’t, a bacterial infection or even a viral infection. You can try to offer her some plain chicken (no bones) and white rice to see if you can entice her to eat. If she doesn’t perk up soon, I would have your vet take a look at her. I worry she is going to get dehydrated. Your vet will be able do a fecal, blood work and even X-rays if needed. Your vet will be able to assess her hydration and give her fluids if needed. Your vet will be able to get her started on some meds that are safe for puppies in case she is pregnant to help make her feel better. I hope this helps!

Being in heat can cause behavioural changes in dogs, as long as they are not too extreme and the dog is otherwise well I would not worry too much. Quite often when in heat dogs well be lethargic and not want to eat very much.

It does look like Luca could have some mammary gland development so it is possible that she is pregnant. At this stage puppies could probably be identified on ultrasound but there would not yet be changes that could be seen on an x-ray. If she hasn't seen a veterinarian yet it might be a good idea to have her overall health level checked and to make sure there is no other preventative care that would be recommended.

If Lucy was pregnant, she wouldn't have a large belly all of a sudden, it was grow over time. I'm very concerned she is sick, and she could have something like a pyometra causing her symptoms. She needs to see a vet now.
