I am assuming that you mean elevated globulin levels. Globulin is produced by the immune system of the body.
Elevated globulin levels in dogs can be caused by Ehrlichia infection in dogs, canine heartworm infection, leishmania infection, chronic liver disease, lupus and other auto-immune type diseases, response to chronic infections and inflammations of many kinds, chronic and severe dental (periodontal) disease, and certain cancers.
