Updated on September 23, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered

i have a question about bach rescue remedy pastilles. i’ve read online that you can give it to dogs but it contains xylitol so obviously you can’t, right? (i didnt give him any, just wondering why people think you can give them to your dog? also what would happen if a dog ate one?)

You are absolutely right, you cannot give it to Charlie if it contains xylitol. It's is extremely toxic to dogs, and it could kill him. There is a lot of misinformation on the internet about pet care, and many of it is wrong and deadly. That's why you should only ask your vet or a vet professional for advice.
