There are many places to look for budgie toys online, and doing a simple google search can help you find them. Looking at places such as Petco (if available in your area), Drs Foster Smith, etc, or other online pet stores can give you an idea of what's available and can be shipped to you. most places will also mark the size of the toy so you can pick out ones appropriate for budgies.

If the food is full of mouse droppings it is best to purchase new food ASAP. While treats can be given, they are not a balanced diet, and a new food should be purchased and given as soon as possible to avoid any illness or GI upset. In the future, placing their food in an airtight storage container made from plastic can help prevent rodents from getting to it.

Harrison's bird food is the best pelleted bird food on the market in my opinion. Most avian vets recommend it and feed it to their own birds. For more information, here is their web address: https://www.harrisonsbirdfoods.com/

There are various recipes available online, usually these are based on products such as cereals for human babies, peanut butter, apple sauce and baby food (e.g. https://www.cuteness.com/article/make-homemade-baby-cockatiel-food). I cannot really recommend those, perhaps only as a last resort. If you can get commercial pellets for adult parrots and grind them with water (pre-boiled) to prepare a slurry, that would work, but the commercial formulae are better. Please note that the food should be at 40-41C and prepared fresh for each feeding.

If you contact your local Petco they can special order this food for you. I'm sure you can tell by going to any large pet store, that there are hundreds of pet foods and each pet food has many varieties. There is no way Petco can carry every possible food available. They have to carry what are the best sellers. Like I said, your local store can special order the food for you. Hope this clarifies. Best wishes.
