If you live near a Petco that has a full service hospital then yes, you could talk to the vet about refilling your cat’s prescription. If your Petco has a Vetco vaccine clinic then the vet performs vaccines and routine preventative care only and would not be able to authorize refills. Based on the zip code you provided it doesn’t look like there is a full service hospital near you: https://stores.petco.com/vet-services?q=Rothschild,%20WI,%20USA

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Steroid use, dosing and the taper needs to be decided upon by a Vet that has examined the pet. We can not prescribe drugs or tell you how to use a drug because we legally are not allowed to. I am sorry. I recommend calling your Vet and asking them since they have a legal relationship with you. Have a great day!

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Yes, this could be due to the suspected food allergy. You could consider having your veterinarian prescribe prednisolone to help decrease the itch while you get his food. That can help quite a bit. Good luck!

Check this product if Cristoph has roundworms: or this one if he has tapeworm: https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/bayer-tapeworm-dewormer-tablets-for-cats?rrec=true Please refer to your vet or post again if you have any doubt, question or you are not sure regarding the amount to administer. Please make sure is the correct product for his size and age. I hope this answer was helpful.

Petco carries a variety of flea and tick medication over the counter. You can only get a prescription product from a veterinarian if they have examined Bruno. Petco does offer vaccine clinics but you would need to check with the specific services individually. Here is a link: https://www.vetcoclinics.com/ I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
