Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center! I personally like the Purina Pro Plan diets as well as the Hill's Science Diet foods as I think they are both palatable and highly nutritious. In terms of treats, I think the milk bones products are both nutritious, palatable and reasonably priced. Good luck and best wishes!

Hi and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I would recommend either of the follow backpacks: 1- Zanies Casual Canine Backpack Carrier 2-Wacky Paws Sporty Dog Carrier BackPack 3-Kyjen Front Facing Dog Backpack Carrier Either of these are great for carrying small dogs on walks or hikes!

My personal (and totally independent of PetCoach or Petco) recommendation would be the FitBark2. It is small, durable and links to my FitBit. It is at the top of the list here too: https://www.caninejournal.com/dog-activity-monitor/

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! What an exciting time. You would need to start by getting a high quality diet (I like the Purina Pro Plan diets though there are plenty to choose from). Also, a dog bed and toys will be important as well. I recommend that you check with your veterinarian to get him in for initiation of vaccines and to start other preventative care medications such as flea and tick preventatives and heartworm preventatives. Good luck and enjoy your pup!

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. I would ensure that you have plenty of environmental enrichment for him. I would recommend the kong toys and fill them with peanut butter, etc. There are also interactive devices so you can interact with your dog remotely. There is a camera device called PetCube and you can control the camera, speak to him through the microphone directly from your cell phone and control a laser pointer to keep him entertained. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
