How to feed my cat and dog together without them stealing food?
I would recommend feeding your cat up high and in a different room then your dog. That way your dog cannot get Tiger's food and Tiger is in a completely different room then your dog. I would also recommend shutting the door of whatever room you feed Tiger in. You can also crate your dog during feeding times. That way he just gets his food. Does my cat's dry food spoil in summer? Can I reuse leftovers?
Hi there! Dry food isn't a concern with being left out, it's the wet food that's a problem. In the heat, that can certainly go bad quicker than it would in the summer. It's absolutely fine to put the leftover food back into the dry food container. I leave food out for my cats all the time, I use a self feeder and I haven't had any problems with the food rotting whether it's summer or winter :-)

New dog scares cat. Should I keep her food upstairs or downstairs?
I think you've handled this difficult situation very well. Some cats take a looonnng time to warm up to new housemates (or never fully warm up) and taking it slow really helps. I would keep the food (as well as her litter, resting spaces, and water) all upstairs so she doesn't have to interact with the dog until she wants to. Let her take her time, even if it's months.
