You can find a couple of over the counter foods in the following link that are adequate for urinary tract diseases but non of the non prescription diets are as good as the prescription diets and this is something you must understand: https://herepup.com/best-dog-food-for-urinary-health/

The appropriate diet here would be the urinary diet either Urinary S/O or Hill's C/D, and then placing your pet on a liver protectant medication to address the liver issues. The liver protectant medication is called Denamarin, and has to be prescribed by your vet. I would then consider getting your pet an abdominal ultrasound to better define what is specifically going on with the liver, so that we know what mode of therapy would be best to manage things going forward, because these values (ALKP, CHOL) can be changed by not just the liver, but also the gallbladder and adrenal glands. I hope that your pet Ceca is able to manage both of her conditions well moving forward. Best wishes and take care. : )

Hello. You do want to keep to this diet for the majority of his calories. Acceptable treats should make up less than 10% of his overall calories per day & include low fat yogurt ( 2-3 tbsp. 2-3 x weekly ), 1/4 of an apple, white rice, rye bread, 2-3 non-salted saltine crackers, 2-3 baby carrots per day, & small amounts of cooked beef, chicken & eggs. Avoid lots of meats & any high protein treats & no vitamin or mineral supplements. The daily Dasaquin is fine to use. Try to keep to the prescribed diet as much as possible. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.

There are no over the counter diets that fit this criteria. You can use this prescription diet by Blue Buffalo but you will need to get your vet to order it for you. ( https://bluebuffalo.com/natural-dog-food/blue-natural-veterinary-diet/wu-dry-food-for-dogs/ )

To my knowledge, there are no current OTC diets formulated for dogs with urinary issues. These diets are designed to alter the pH in such a way to keep the urine at a certain level. Her current diet does not explain her weight and appetite despite being fed a normal diet. I would be interested in seeing what her current blood work looks like, and would want to investigate some potential causes for these symptoms you are seeing. It is possible Roxy could be developing several different endocrine disorders. If you are seeking to change her food and still need it to be appropriate for a dog with urinary problems, I would consider consulting with a veterinary nutritionist. You can usually find these professionals through veterinary schools. They will typically offer consultations for extremely reasonable costs, as they primarily function in the research circle. The nutritionists through my vet school ,Virginia Maryland College of Vet Med, would probably be happy to assist you if you emailed them with your concerns. Hope you figure things out and consider getting some diagnostics done on Roxy.
