Batman is cute!!!! I would recommend a coat for sure when he goes outside. If he is going outside for longer then 10 minutes, I would also recommend boots (if he will wear them). These little ones lose body heat quickly. Thank you for using Pet Coach!

I don't know if this is what you are looking for but here is an amazon link that provides a few different options. https://www.amazon.com/cat-window-seats/s?ie=UTF8&page=1&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Acat%20window%20seats Since your one cat is 22lbs you may need to secure a window seat a little more because of the weight. I would think about getting a cat tower for in front of the window. You can do something like the: https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Activity-Scratching-Posts-Medium/dp/B017WXWZ6Y/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1511407650&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=cat+tower&psc=1 I hope this helps and thank you for using PetCoach!

If there is a radiator or heat vent below the kitchen window, then I would place it there. To the right of the sink would be great, too. Kitties like the heat. My second choice would be the bed room, however she may prefer to lie on the bed anyway and ignore the cat bed there.

I would suggest sticking with a harness you are sure that your cat annoy scape from. Also, since you are taking him for walks regularly I would recommend making sure you have your cat microchipped so that if he does get away from you he will have a better chance of being returned. I hope this helps. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Best of luck.

Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. If you are going to go outside and it is very cold out, or if you will be going for long walks or on colder surfaces (not snow but ice or cold pavement) then booties are a good idea as they can get frostbite and wounds from cold on their feet. Best of luck with Spike! Have fun with him!
