Hi there and thank you for using pet coach. If Sherlock is fearful and aggressive towards strangers, it is going to be too difficult to train him before the holidays as training takes time. If you are going to have people over then I would keep him in a separate room or a crate. I would also recommend using a product called NaturVet Quiet Moments with Melatonin for dogs. You can find these at your local pet store or online. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I am sorry to hear about Charlie. I would recommend a prescription diet manufactured specifically for this issue. There are several novel protein diets and also hydrolyzed protein diets available by Royal Canin, Purina Veterinary Diets, and Hills. These diets have gone through feeding trials and are balanced and healthy for your pet. Your vet can choose a diet they feel will best fit your needs. I will mention that while there are allergy tests for food, they are not considered truly accurate and the only way to tell for certain if a food allergy is present is by a diet trial. You can read more about food allergies at https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=4951526 and diet trials at https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=4952600

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Yes, that diet is great and I do think you should proceed to add it in Chloe's diet. I have had plenty of clients who use that diet and are very happy with it. Good luck and have a good night!

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Lucky is very cute! He looks to be a German Shepherd mix. Maybe with Chow or Shar Pei based on the small ears and the look of his face in the first picture. I hope this helps!

I would recommend to call the Pet Poison Control hotline to make sure there are no toxic components within the fuse its self. If there is a potential for a toxin, take him into the vet immediately to make him vomit it back up. If no toxicity is present, the small fuse will likely pass in a dog Apollo's size. Feeding him bread (3-5 slices) will help to bulk around the fuse and hopefully prevent it from breaking and allowing the glass to be a problem. As long as there is not a danger of toxins, monitor him closely for vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy or not wanting to eat as these could all be signs that the fuse is causing a problem. Best of luck with Apollo!
