There are many types out there that are affordable and good. I like the Purina Pro Plan shredded blends in that category because they are palatable, affordable and of very good quality. Every dog is a little different and you may have to experiment a bit to find the food that Roscoe tolerates the best. I don't know what your budget is, or what is specifically available in your area, but here are a few brand options: Natural Balance Taste of the Wild Merrick Canidae Most of these brands offer grain free treats as well. What healthy dog food is best for a small breed switching from grain-free?
Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! As you have probably noticed there are plenty of diets in the market. There are a few that stand out in my opinion in terms of quality and palatability. I really like the Science Diet, Royal Canin and Purina Pro Plan products. A diet that I have found to be of very good quality, affordable and dogs love is the Purina Pro Plan shredded blends. You can find that at your local pet store or online. Otherwise any of the diets of the previously mentioned brands would also be good choices for Harley. Good luck!

What's an easy store food switch for my skinny dog to gain weight?

Is my 18lb dog overweight? Should I rotate her grain-free food?
Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I would just pick one protein source. I do not think Chloe is overweight, she has a waste. I wouldn't recommend letting her gain anymore though. I think the treats are fine as long as Chloe doesn't have a chicken allergy. I hope this helps and have a great day!
