The key to doing treats while a dog is on an elimination diet is to use treats that have the same ingredients as the food you are trying. Sometimes the easiest way to do this is to use canned food of the variety and flavor that you are using to put in a Kong or bake into treats. Other options would be to use sweet potato chews if the food you are feeding has sweet potatoes in it (which Zignature kangaroo does not) or giving dehydrated chews that are the same meat source that you are feeding (which will be a challenge for a kangaroo food). So, for the food you are feeding right now, the best option may be to use canned Zignature kangaroo to create treats for Lucy. Good luck! I hope that was helpful. Every dog is a little different and you may have to experiment a bit to find the food that Roscoe tolerates the best. I don't know what your budget is, or what is specifically available in your area, but here are a few brand options: Natural Balance Taste of the Wild Merrick Canidae Most of these brands offer grain free treats as well. Brody is very handsome! I would not give any treats if he is on a hypoallergenic diet. I do have a recipe from Hills you can use to make treats with the food he is on. That way you are not adding anything extra to his diet. https://www.hillspet.com/dog-care/nutrition-feeding/healthy-homemade-dog-treats Thank you for using PetCoach.

Hello, & thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Dogs do enjoy sweets, so using this product as an occasional treat is perfectly fine. Just like for us, pretty much everything is OK in moderation & as long as your Chloe is healthy & not diabetic. Enjoy!

It is very difficult for us to recommend products when we don't know what is available to you in your country. Here in the US we would recommend products like these: ( https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/kaytee-timothy-hay-baked-apple-small-animal-treats ) ( https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/oxbow-15-oz-oxbow-alfalfa-hay ) ( ) I don't think dog biscuits are the best option.
