You could consider bathing him which will make the lump of feces more manageable when is wet. Also, you could consider using an e-collar so that it is difficult for him to get around you to potentially bite. Good luck!

Why is my dog eating poop after changing to allergy food?
I would be surprised if the food change is to blame - most of the time eating feces is a behavioral issue. There are numerous supplements that are supposed to discourage this behavior - I put them in the ‘can’t hurt, might help’ category. The best thing to discourage this behavior is to pick poop up immediately.

My dog's plastic cone has poop on it. How do I get the bad smell out?
If you use a solution of white vinegar, baking soda and water and soak the e-collar in the solution for a few hours, it should take the smell away. Use even portions of white vinegar and water and add in a few table spoons of baking soda. I hope this helps! Dog suddenly pooping inside after daycare. Is it the concrete?
It's possible she is getting mixed signals from daycare but it's impossible to say for sure. I recommend crating her when you are not directly watching her and at night. This may help to remind her about her housebreaking. You may also want to walk her more often and keep her feeding on a schedule.
