Active Ingredients: L-Lysine HCl. Inactive Ingredients: Citric Acid, Edetate Disodium, Maple Flavor, Potassium Sorbate, Purified Water, Riboflavin 5'-Sodium Phosphate, Sodium. INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Citric Acid, Edetate Disodium, Maple Flavor, Potassium Sorbate, Purified Water, Riboflavin 5'-Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Carboxymethyl- cellulose, Sucralose.

L-Lysine HCl 500 mg per 1/2 tsp.

Active Ingredients

L-Lysine HCl	502 Milligrams

DIRECTIONS

Administer orally. Place a small amount on cat's nose to stimulate taste interest. For Kittens under 6 months of age: For daily administration give 1/4 teaspoon (1.35g) twice daily or as directed by your veterinarian. For Cats 6 months and older: For daily administration give 1/2 teaspoon (2.7g) twice daily or as directed by your veterinarian.

Does my cats like the flavor? No. Do I have to syringe the syrup into their mouth? Yes. However! This is the only lysine supplement WITHOUT FISH! My girly has immune issues and a fish allergy so this stuff is a win in that regard.

I have 4 cats. Initially, 1 cat would only eat this if I put it on my finger for her to lick off. The remaining 3 wouldn't even touch it. Now the 1st cat won't even lick it off my finger - so out of all 4 cats, no one willinging eats this. I have switched to the powdered version for 3 of my cats. I have to mix this gel version into 1 of our cat's food because he cannot have the powdered form since you put brewer's yeast in it because he's sensitive to yeast. Even with sprinkles to cover the taste, he rarely finishes his food with this gel mixed in. As someone else mentioned, WHY would you make it maple flavored and not chicken or salmon flavored??? Skip this version if you can and just get the powered form.

It didn't work because my cat refused to eat the product. She just walked away. I left some in her dish overnight (she usually visits the dish during the night and finishes whatever crumbs remained) and it was still all there in the morning. Why maple? Can't they come up with a new flavor, like fish or chicken?

I bought this 3 days ago because my cat was sneezing and walking around with her tongue out and drooling alot. I have smeared some on her paw once a day for the past 3 days and have seen a huge improvement in her. She is no longer hanging her tongue out or drooling and she's full of energy again. The reason I decided on this gel is because the high dosage in such a small amount and with a pill or powder in food you can't guarantee they'll get the full dose. We just smear it on the top of her paw and she licks it off just fine. Will continue to give it to her. The vet said shes just a snotty girl because she was a stray we took in a couple years ago so he recommends lysine daily for her.

My cat doesn't really like having this applied to his nose, but I think he likes the taste. I bought it to see if I would be better to get a direct hit of the lysine, instead of using the powder. Next time I will go back to the powder, though. Much easier to just mix in his wet food.

My cats love the Maple Flavor and will lick it very willingly. They all now show more healthy life, eyes are clear, less sneezing and eating better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cats are mid range ages and one of them is a bit overweight so I have to treat him with a bit more care than my other low maintenance cat. I have needed to find cat products that help boost the immune system so that I can prevent my cat from getting sickly, as well as to keep him as healthy as possible. I am glad to use this, as he loves it due to the flavor of the maple that is added. He has no issue with taking this supplement like he has with other supplements that we have tried. I like that it is not messy in any sort of way and that my cats love it so much. It makes me feel like a great fur mom to know I am helping their health. The tube is easy to transport for when we travel or around the house and the product is not messy. I will continue using this since my kitties love it so much and they have been so healthy and happy.
