Measurement of the top portion of this cat tree is deceiving. The actual measurement is around 12" for the square base the cat bed is attached to. The measurements listed are for the cat bed itself and does not represent the actual space a cat should safely use when on top of the tree. The entire tree is very unstable, even for a shorter tree with what seems to be a large enough base. My cat was able to topple this in three different ways. Absolutely not made for larger cats

That is not the experience we want for you. Please call www.petco.com/contact-us so we can help make it right.

I personally love this tree and it was easy to assemble. I have a small black Bombay cat and she took to it very quickly. Which is funny because she usually takes a minute to approach a tree u get her I’m not sure why! She is pretty small cat but is bulky in her belly. She fits pretty snug but I feel like that’s why she likes it so much. I like this for my small room and looks sleek to me

Yes, I recommend this product.

Thank you for sharing! We’re glad to hear the tree was easy to assemble and a great fit for your space. It’s wonderful that your cat took to it so quickly and found it cozy, sometimes those snug spots really become their favorites. We appreciate your feedback!

One of the screws from inside the pillar broke out as I was securing it. Very disappointed. Will be replacing it and I hope the replacement doesnt suffer the same problem.

My cat loves this cat tower and so do I. It was pretty easy to put together, maybe 15 minutes. The material is really nice and soft. It is sturdy it seems to me made pretty well.

Yes, I recommend this product.

This is a pretty basic cat tree. It was easy to assemble, but it feels low quality and isn't very "aesthetic." My cat is quite large (25 lbs) and did not fit on any of the sections (though this is of course not the fault of the product!). Based on the quality of the tree, I would guess that even a smaller cat--if active--would cause the tree to wobble with some use.

No, I do not recommend this product.

What a great product!! Easy to put together!! I love the removable and washable top!! My first time ever being able to wash part of a cat tree. Apartment approved!! Small and petite, perfect for a small area.

Yes, I recommend this product.
