For indoor use only. Avoid water contact with the plug or outlet. Keep the power adapter above the pet fountain unit. Runs on a DC 5V power adapter. Non-USB power adapters are not compatible. Always keep water in the fountain when the machine is running to avoid damaging the pump. Make sure the cord does not have any frayed or exposed wires in case your pet chews the cord. When the fountain suddenly becomes noisy, it may be because the water level is too low, add water to the fountain to resolve this. The water pump is a self-cleaning sealed water pump, and it is not recommended for the user to disassemble and clean it.
FOR PET USE ONLY. Always supervise pets and children around this fountain. Disconnect power supply when cleaning or changing filters. Dry hands thoroughly before handling power cord. Inspect regularly and replace if any part becomes damaged.

Since the filter for this model is not available for replacing the one that comes with the fountain, would you please tell me where I can get it, or give me a refund so I can go buy a fountain that is actually supported by it's manufacturer. Disappointing

Where can I purchase replacement filters for this specific product? Every Yay Stainless Steel Pet Fountain, 3 liter capacity. I bought fountain at my Petco and they were out of filters. I will return this if I can't get filters.
