I don't recommend the product. I bought it for my 17-pound lhasa apso. It did not hold his head out of the water, and when he tried to swim he veered off to the side and rolled over. I had to hold him while he was in the water or he would have drowned. Please be cautious when buying this product or any other life vest for your dog. It is not so easy to just buy the vest and then put the dog in the water. You really have to take seriously the fit and quality. Also, it would be well worth any amount of money to save your dog, so if you find a vest that fits, but it is expensive, do not hesitate to buy that one over a less expensive one. Finally, not all dogs are natural swimmers. I learned this from putting my own dog in the water. Again, if I had not been there next to him, he would've drowned. Please exercise extreme caution with your dog and the water and stay with them as you would a baby while you are trying these out.

Unfortunately when I choose this the site had no references on the sizes of the vest. I ordered a large thinking it would fit my dog. The large fits like a medium. The best was too small for my dog I gave the vest to my sister for her dog Joey a blue heeler, she absolutely loves the vest and it keeps him afloat in the lake.

This vest has a wide bottom piece that goes between the front legs. Be sure to try this one on in the store to make sure it will not rub your dog's front legs. Otherwise I liked the design. We were not able to try this in action.

The product is made of durable waterproof material. The color is a nice vibrant yellow which is easy to spot. There are several adjustment straps so it can fit nice and snug to your dog. The handle is also comfortable so you can grab your dog.

We really like this life vest! Perfect fit, floats great, and super durable. Now every swim is safe and fun. Highly recommend for water-loving pups! It seems very durable and it was made to last. Summer will be fun for us

I recently purchased the Youly "The Navigator" Dog Life Jacket and I am incredibly impressed with this product! The life jacket provides my dog with excellent buoyancy, comfort, and visibility during water activities. The adjustable straps ensure a perfect fit, and the high-visibility color options give me peace of mind when my dog is in the water. The sturdy grab handle and reflective accents are fantastic safety features, and the quick-drying fabric is a definite plus. Thank you for offering such a well-made and reliable life jacket! I highly recommend this product to any dog owner looking for a top-quality life jacket for their furry friend's water adventures.

I have several other Youly products so I thought this life jacket would be a slam dunk. I got my dog a medium based on the size chart and it fit perfectly! However, the size of this life vest is only rated for safety between 16-30lbs, and my dog is 35lbs. So while it fits, I don’t think it would actually keep her buoyant in the water. I’ll still have her wear it when we go paddle boarding or rafting because having the top grab handle is super handy, but I wouldn’t trust it to keep her afloat.

If you’ve ever looked at your mini Doberman Pinscher and thought, “You deserve to lounge like the tiny beach royalty you are,” then this is the product for you. This bright yellow beach bum flotation device is for my pint-sized protector, and let me tell you, it has turned heads and made waves (but only small ones, we don’t do stress here). The color? Eye-searing yellow. Highlighter chic. You can’t lose him, even if he floats into the next zip code. (It also comes in other colors) The handle? Genius. It’s like having a furry, suspiciously muscular purse with attitude. Just grab and go if he starts trying to swim to Cuba or chase a floating Cheeto. The vibe? Float Boss. He lounges. He judges other beachgoers. He may or may not demand a tiny piña colada. Our man-made beach in New Town never saw this level of floaty fabulousness coming. I fully expect him to get his own beach chair next or maybe even a DJ booth. Highly recommend for any dog with attitude and a need for gentle retrieval.
