This is a good quality leash attached to your waist with a small pocket for dog bags and small items. The waist is very adjustable and is able to fit both my husband and I. The leash itself is a bungie leash to help with recoil and pulling so you don’t get dragged with it being attached to you. I really like the dual handles in the leash itself to give you better control over your dog at different distances.

I absolutely love this running/walking belt\! It’s adjustable and fits comfortably around my waist\. The leash has just the right amount of stretch, allowing my dog to walk slightly ahead without getting too far away. The poop bag holder is conveniently placed for easy access, and there’s an additional pocket that’s perfect for carrying my phone, keys, or other small essentials\. “I received these products for free from the Spotted by Petco sampling program in exchange for my honest review.”. I absolutely LOVE this running belt and leash combo. I took my parents dog for a run (Labrador) and it was one of the easiest runs I've ever had with a dog. The belt is adjustable (the package says up to 44", but I think it goes bigger) and the clip is huge, making it super secure. The leash can be used as a regular handle leash or attached to the belt, which is how I used it. It's a bungee leash, so running was a breeze and the dog kept pace with me well! Also, the space to attach a poop bag is so convenient. There is also a little hook on the inside to keep keys or a keyring secure and so it doesn't bounce about. The belt pouch seems to be a neoprene material, so it's easy to clean and I would venture to say water resistant. I LOVE this product and highly recommend it.

I got the pink/purple belt leash. I'm not much of a runner, but I like using it for walking with my dog if I don't feel like holding the leash. It has a hole for poop bags, but I also put my keys in there. It stays snug around the waist and is adjustable. It doesn't loosen if your dog pulls or suddenly pulls, which is really nice. It feels really durable. I only wish that the parts at the adjustable end of the belt stayed put better.

This super cute walking harness is comfortable and strong. It was nice to be able to walk my doodle hands free and get cute videos. There is a poop bag holder, and the harness can adjust to your waist size.

This leash and running belt is comfy, stretchy, and walking the dog easier. My little dog is hardly over 10 pounds, but she has the tendency to tug and pull. The shock absorbing leash makes her tugging more bearable. The colors are also cute and pastel, which matches our vibes. It even has a pouch with a spot for poo bags! The only thing is that the adjuster buckle on the belt sometimes slid and I had to readjust. Otherwise it’s perfect for my little furry friend!

Very soft! I got the purple version which is a much switch up from most items like this. At first I thought the leash might be too short, but my dog did her business just fine. This is really great if you need to go hands free!
