Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this life jacket for excellent buoyancy, secure fit, and adorable mermaid design. The rescue handle, D-ring, and sturdy buckles provide critical safety features that keep dogs confidently afloat during water activities. Most appreciate the lightweight, non-restrictive construction with adjustable straps and Velcro closures that fit various body types comfortably. The vibrant fuchsia, neon orange, and pink colors with reflective trim enhance visibility and style. Strong stitching and durable materials withstand repeated use. A few note sizing runs small for broader chests or longer torsos. Overall, reviewers highly recommend it for water safety and comfort.

We have the Large size pink mermaid floatation device for our 55lb pittie mix. She is very chest-heavy and this size was a snug fit on her. It went on easily and the size adjustable clips worked well to hold it in place (two on the under carriage and one at the front of her chest). The handle on top is a great feature for keeping her in one place or helping her swim around. The colors are vibrant and beautiful, very mermaidesque. The little mermaid tail on the back end is a cute addition.

We’re thrilled to hear how much you loved the YOULY Dog Flotation Vest with Mermaid Tail. We aim to provide safe, well‑fitting gear that keeps pets secure in the water while bringing joy to pet parents with playful designs. Thank you!

Want to start by saying I messed up and ordered the wrong size for my dog, so wasn’t able to get any cute pictures with her wearing it. The jacket itself is adorable and very well made. The straps are secure and it fits true to size.

I love this floaty for my pup! She had an incident at the beach once where the current started to take her away and she has been hesitant to get in the water since. And honestly, I've been hesitant to take her! But this harness really helped calm my anxieties. It has both buckles and Velcro to securely close it around her body, and it has a leash hook as well as a handle for more control. My dog has a long body but a short chest, so the tail doesnt exactly line up but I'll take safety over aesthetics anytime! Very bright color helps me quickly find her at the beach as well. Very happy with this product!

this is adorable! i love the mermaid tail, colors, and most importantly the brightness. it fits well. i haven’t tested this in the water yet and i do have some concerns about the mermaid tale being in the way with my dog’s short body but i think once in the water it won’t bother her tail

Love these life jackets! They add just enough support for my medium/large dogs for me to feel comfortable with them in the water without compromising their movement. It’s hard finding things that are functional and cute, but this marks all my boxes! I’ve had a different one for my other dog for years without any sign of wear/tear. It’s at an affordable price as well! Could not recommend enough.

I received these products for free from the Spotted by Petco sampling program in exchange for my honest review. Very cute life jacket! Seems very well made, but haven’t had a chance to use it with my dog yet. We will need to get out to the lake soon and I’ll need to pick up another one for my other dog.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Perfect fit for my dog, and she seems to think it’s comfortable because she doesn’t like when I have to take it off her. I got an XL for my 50 pound Germania Shepard/Golden Retriever mix. The strap around the neck and belly are adjustable and clip together with a secure feeling clip and also velcro closed. There is also a handle on the top with a hook to attach a least, if desired. I also love the vibrant pink color, which makes it easy to always spot my dog when were out at the creek.

Yes, I recommend this product.
