Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this ladder for its sturdy, well-made construction that withstands years of use and heavy chewing. Birds love using it constantly for climbing, exercise, and play, with many owners noting their parakeets and cockatiels can't stay off it. The ladder fits perfectly in standard 36-inch cages without consuming excess space and is easy to clean. Most find it an excellent enrichment item worth replacing after years of wear. A few note it may be too large for smaller cages, and some wish for protective sealant against heavy chewing, but these concerns are minimal.

My birds had a ladder for years like this that they loved. When it fell apart from almost 20 years of use with cockatiels I replaced it with the same one.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Perfect for a parakeet cage. Hooks at top should be removed if the ladder isn't hooked to a dowel perch...very unsteady. I removed them. Perfect.

I ordered 2 nine step ladders. I received a message that my order was cancelled. The next day I received one ladder in a plastic bag that was left on my porch. The first thing I noticed was that one of the hooks was bent, and when I opened the bag I discovered that one side of the ladder was broken.

I had been in the market for a new 9-rung ladder, as my parakeets had mauled their previous one to bits. Not only is this one great in quality, but because Petco matches their online prices, it was a good deal. My parakeets have already been climbing all over it... and mauling it to bits. LoL.

Yes, I recommend this product.
