Customers overwhelmingly praise this shampoo for effective flea and tick control, with many reporting visible dead fleas during bathing and long-term prevention when used consistently. The peppermint fragrance is celebrated as refreshing and natural-smelling, with reviewers noting it doesn't irritate pets or smell harsh. Many also mention softer, shinier coats after use. Customers express strong loyalty, often purchasing complementary products and using them for years as a trusted non-toxic solution. A small number report limited results or quick reinfestation, and a few mention disappointment with discontinued formats or scent sensitivity, but these concerns are significantly outweighed by positive feedback.
