Our two dogs really like all the chicken flavor Wholehearted soft dog foods! They really like the Chicken and Vegetable recipe - bowls are always clean after this meal! Our pups were both rescues from puppy mills, so they did not get dental care. Our Yorkie has 12 teeth and our Havanese has no teeth. So, the soft food is an excellent choice!!

My 3 dogs have been eating this for a year now. However, lately they've been turning up their noses to it. It does have a bad odor of eggs in all of the cuts in gravy canned food and consequently my dogs have very smelly farts. I think they put rehydrated powdered egg product in it and that is the "gravy". You can tell there is a lot of it. I think it also results in upset stomach issues. Today my older dog flat out refused it.

I usually buy Wholeheartedly Boiled Chicken. Petco was out, so I bought this instead. It was a no go. It didn't even look good at all when I put it in their bowls.

We purchase Whole Hearted canned food for our dogs all the time. The flavors I wanted were not available, so I decided to select the Chicken and Vegetable Recipe. It looked just like stew we people would eat!! And our dogs loved it! Now we have another flavor choice we can alternate with!!

My dog is an 85 lb Labrador retriever, she is not very active as of right now. It says to feed her 1 to 1 1/2 cans per 15 lbs. that is 5 -7 1/2 cans a day! Is this corrects?

Hello, I have a 3 yr old 48 Lb English Bull Terrier. She is a fussy eater. I give her 1 can in the AM, and about 1/2 can in the evening along with a high fiber Vet dry food (about a cup). I would give your dog 1 can twice per day, and if she likes dry food you could supplement if needed.

I've always been told that an open can of wet food will stay good for 3 days in the fridge but after that it can become iffy and sense of smell should be used to tell if the can is still safe to feed.

My dog Hunter has diabetes and I have been giving him the WholeHearted Grain free Adult Turkey with sweet potatoes; he loves it; is it OK to five him this because of the sweet potatoes? I tried the other flavors but he really likes the turkey and SP.

I asked the staff at Petco they told me Thailand. NO food is sold for dogs in US by China any longer. However who knows how good of quality it is from Thailand.
