Customer Care

We’re so glad the WholeHearted Grain-Free Chicken & Grain-Free Salmon Craveable Cuts Split Cup Cat Food Variety Pack worked well for all of your cats. It’s great to know the variety and packaging made mealtime easier and more appealing, even for selective eaters. We appreciate you sharing your experience and recommendation!

Really annoying that these tiny portioned cups and “variety” pack of only 2 flavors have replaced the canned variety packs with 3 flavors and 2 sizes. I have one senior cat with cancer and one large sized cat. Both of them split a 5.5oz can every meal. Please make larger sizes of this or better yet, bring back the canned variety packs.

Yes, I recommend this product.

My senior tuxedo cat LOVES this food. She gets a cup a day as a treat at night and like clockwork, she knows exactly the time of day that I normally give it to her. She inhales it! She loves both the chicken and the salmon and cannot get enough!
