I really appreciate that Petco delivers via Door Dash. All stores are a bit out of my way since the Tukwila store closed, so if I can't get to one, it's wonderful to have it delivered, and the only extra cost is tipping the driver. I know the tip percentage suggestion is automatic, but often I don't order much, so on a $15 order, even a 20% tip doesn't seem like enough for that kind of service. I always tip more, but I hope that the Door Dash drivers are being compensated in a way that even if a suggested 20% tip is very small, that it's worth their while in the end. Also - the last time I ordered, it was fulfilled by two different drivers - 6 cans in one order and 4 cans in another. That seemed inefficient, so I hope that doesn't happen often.
