Used to be a great product that was just shredded chicken in gravy. Now it’s half that, half chunks of unidentifiable pink meat. It’s like someone threw a bunch of crumbled up hotdogs in the mix. Really unhappy with the quality now. I thought it was just a bad batch at first but it happened multiple times with separate autoship orders with different lot numbers, so it looks like this is just what the product is now. I was a loyal purchaser of this brand for around 4-5 years and in the last few months he was on this food he developed mast cell tumors. I don’t know if it’s correlated but I’m not taking chances anymore with how drastically the quality has changed. I’ve now switched to a different food.

This product is not met the description. It comes out of the can quite dry and is supposed to have gravy. The pieces are inconsistent in size. Listening , that should I have to figure out how the fluid to add to it and chop some of the pieces smaller.

I would've loved for my furbaby to have liked this wet food, but after licking up the 'gravy', she never went back to even sniff the meat! Just as she didn't really like the product, neither did I & that's primarily b/c the gravy was more of a broth & the meat was more shredded than morsels.

This product works well for my cats. My BIGGEST issue is the shipping taking so long these days. I have to remember to plan out more than I used to. I am very unhappy with the shipping but happy with the product.

I usually get the chicken recipe in flakes and gravy, and that smells like chicken. The chicken in morsels and gravy is something completely different. It doesn’t look like there’s gravy in the can at all, doesn’t smell like chicken, and my cat doesn’t seem to like it at all.
