Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this senior small breed formula for exceptional palatability and significant health improvements. Most report their picky or senior dogs now eagerly eat every meal, with noticeable benefits including shinier coats, brighter eyes, increased energy, and better joint mobility. Many note resolved digestive issues like diarrhea and vomiting. The small kibble size suits aging teeth well. A recurring concern is limited bag sizes, with several customers frustrated by availability only in smaller packages, citing high per-pound costs. Despite this packaging limitation, most consider the nutritional quality worth the investment.

For years your customers have requested a larger bag but you've ignored this important request. You offer various size bags options for your other dry dog food yet not for this senior brand. Just because a dog is senior does not mean they are not eating sufficiently or that people only have one senior dog in their household. Today's economic conditions are tough on everyone and Wellness is ignoring this and disrespecting their customers by not offering larger, more affordable bags. The dog is the one who suffers because it's owner cannot afford to continue to buy this brand. We are very disappointed. Think again Wellness and listen to what has been asked of you by your loyal patrons.
