Way too expensive for the cheap quality. I see I'm not the only one with this exact issue and petco won't address this specific complaint if you read through their responses. If you don't mind sewing on your own buttons or velcro, it's otherwise nice and my dog seems comfortable. The fabric breathes . One suit has kept all of its buttons so far and she's worn it 4 times and it's been washed 3 times. The other suit lost snaps the second I opened the package. Some snaps ripped off during use. And some snapped together and won't come undone and instead, one end disappears from cloth and stays attached to the other end making it useless. So it's really tugging on my poor dog's butt and crotch now since she comfortably fits in the loosest snap. She had her spleen removed so it's important for her to have it attached to prevent licking. I really don't appreciate spending that kind of money to care for my dog and being sold crap at a time like this.

I bought this a day ago after our mini Aussie was neutered. It does work better than the cone for sure and it fits him well. I like the Velcro on the sides, but the snaps around the butt are very cheap. When I took it out of the package and went to unsnap it to put it on him, the base of one of the snaps pulled out of the material rendering one of the 3 snaps on one side use less. First time taking him outside to potty, unsnapped it and the top of another snap on the same side broke. I would take it back and exchange it but I think I the same thing would happen. The snaps a very cheap I think Velcro, like on the sides , would work better and be easier when you’re trying to put it on a wiggly puppy or should use stronger metal snaps like on baby clothes, rather than cheap plastic. Thankfully I know how to sew, so I think I’m going to take the snaps off and sew Velcro on. I would recommend, but strongly caution the cheapness of the snaps.

My poor doggo had her spay surgery and the cone was just not working. This was a great little shirt to put on her! I like that there are little snaps up front to hold the back snaps when she goes potty.

The most awful suit for my dog that got spayed. Its made very cheap, the velcro is sharp edges, had to get a different one.

I bought this for my dog who just got neutered. He hated the cone, so I thought this would be a good alternative. Overall this suit is very helpful. My dog can walk without bumping into walls, eat and drink without any issues. My only issue is that it doesn't completely cover the area of the incision so he's been licking the area around it. As long as we're supervising him and making sure he's not licking the wound itself, we're all okay. Overall, this product is pretty good, and we are happy with the purchase.
