DIRECTIONS

Care instructions: Machine wash with like colors in cold water on gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Lay flat or hang to air dry.

WARNINGS

FOR PET USE ONLY. Intended to be used for a short duration of time and under adult supervision. Do not allow pet to chew on recovery suit as this may interfere with proper function. If the pet continues to access the wound, use a standard recovery cone collar until the wound has begun to heal. Carefully monitor pet for the first several hours of use to ensure pet has become accustomed to wearing the recovery suit without becoming distraught or agitated. Inspect regularly and replace if any part becomes damaged.

The fabric is soft, that's the only good thing. I bought for my kitten's (2lbs) spay incision. The measurements match but the suit doesn't fit her properly at all. The under side is so tiny it doesn't cover the wound any! Why are there snaps on the bottom anyway, to hold what exactly? You have to unsnap every potty time, so I'm following her around to do this and then make sure she isn't licking while its open....makes no sense!! Save the money and buy a better one!

Tried the two available cat sizes for my cat. Neither biki area covers the spay/neuter area in a way that prevents cats from easily licking so as to remove stitches. Buy a more serious brand, or may yourself with a sock or baby clothes size 0-3 months for most cats. And I just noticed my local store charged a 25% overhead.

It is way too small for a kitten, our kitten weighs 4 pounds and this is thee size of maybe a 2 pound kitten

It took us some time to get the sizing right. If you don’t get the right size they can get out of it very easily. In fact the neck is not adjustable.It fit one of our two kittens well, but 1 I had to use a safety pin to make it smaller. Read the instructions on the petco site. If you do, you will learn how to keep the suit urine free. I just discovered. Oh, so that’s the purpose of the two mysterious belly snaps? It wouldn’t hurt to have instructions in the package.

Bought it today. Immediately going to return it. My cat just came home from being spayed, the product goes so thin in the design across the stomach that it doesnt even protect the surgical site, it only irritates it.

I bought the dog version. TERRIBLE design! The tiny isn't even covered if you follow their directions. You have to put the head opening on their tail and the straps over their shoulders, otherwise they can just push the fabric and access the stitches!

My 3.8 pound kitten didn’t make it home before she had the ridiculous plastic cone off. Sister did an emergency run to the store to get a post-surgery shirt. Honestly, from the small pictures on the enclosed instructions, we weren’t sure what was back vs tummy. After several frustrating tries, it’s on and kitten can barely use her front legs. Five minutes later, she had her front legs out. Her incision is still covered but probably will not make it through the evening before she wiggles out of it. Right now, she’s just going topless!

So how does the pet go to bathroom with this on? Our cat was neutered today and traditional cone did not work so was told to get this. Do we just follow them around and wait for them to tell us the time is now?

Hi, The Well & Good Recovery Suit for Kittens has a Y-shaped opening at the back, which allows your cat to use the litter box without removing the suit. For neutered male cats, you may need to adjust the suit to keep the incision site clean. Thanks.
