Customers praise the spacious multi-level design, noting their chinchillas, rats, and small rabbits thrive with room to explore and play. The removable trays, double doors, and wire flooring make cleaning effortless, while the sturdy construction and included features like locking wheels offer excellent value. However, some report assembly difficulties and note the cage suits smaller rodents better than ferrets or larger rabbits, with a few experiencing issues like misaligned parts or bar spacing concerns. Overall, most find it a durable, well-designed option for small animals.
