WARRANTY

The Super Pocket Pro comes with a 1 year limited warranty. This warranty is valid only for sales in the United States. If your Wahl product fails to operate satisfactorily within its limited warranty time frame from the date of original purchase or receipt as a gift, Wahl will at our option repair or replace it and return it to you FREE OF CHARGE. Our warranty does not cover blades, which are wear out parts.

DIRECTIONS

Before you start clipping or trimming, you will want to bathe and brush your pet's coat. Clipping a dirty, tangled coat is not only uncomfortable for your pet, but it will also dull your blades quicker. If your pet is new to grooming, we also recommend introducing them to your clipper or trimmer before you start grooming. Turn your clipper on and let your pet check them out. This allows your pet to get used to the sound and vibrations before you begin using them.

Customers say

Customers are divided on this trimmer. Most praise its compact size and precision for small grooming tasks like face, ears, paws, and sanitary areas, especially for small dogs and cats. However, many report it lacks power for thick or dense coats, with blades stalling or requiring multiple passes. Several note the motor struggles with coarser fur, and some describe it as underpowered for full grooming sessions. While some appreciate the ergonomic design and battery life, others criticize the build quality relative to performance. Overall, reviewers recommend it only as a supplementary tool for touch-ups and delicate areas, not primary grooming.

I thought this would be the perfect size for pads for my medium size Sheepdog. As soon as I turned it on the noise was so loud it freaked the dog out and that was the end of our grooming session. I can't comment on the effectiveness of the clipper as I never got to use it.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought model 9966 on June 27 and used it for the first time on the 28th.. It performed as expected, but was very loud with a bit of vibration.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Another excellent and very affordable product from Wahl. It is lightweight and fits in the palm of your hand which makes it very maneuverable especially when dealing with a squirming dog who hates having her paws done. We wanted a trimmer that runs on regular alkaline batteries but still powerful enough to do the job and this one is perfect. Very happy

This is small cordless clipper that works pretty well. I have 4 dogs, 3 of them smaller and it works great with them. I had a harder time trying to trim my Golden retriever’s with this. I just don’t think it powerful enough. It worked beautifully for the small dogs though. I recommend.
