Product did not work at all did not help my cats acne

I bought this a day ago and my cats eye is already better. My Bowie must have got a pow pow right to the face and injured his eye. I came home and found his eye swollen and full of green gunk. I got this and within 2 treatments his eye I'd way better. He doesn't like the drops but they sure helped his eye injury.

I purchased this in hopes that it would help clear up my two cats' chin acne, but it simply did not. We applied it twice a day after my cats ate their meals. A little over a week passed by, and there were no changes for either cat. I am disappointed because I've used two of this brand's other products in the past; one for reptiles and one for cats, and they both worked. My one cat's chin was actually bleeding and raw, and even developed larger bumps that looked infected. She was missing fur from her chin, and we were having trouble keeping her from grooming it. I thought a vet trip and a cone of shame was going to be inevitable. At one point when I was feeling very defeated, I thought about often reading about people using colloidal silver for themselves and their cats/dogs. Not sure if it still is used, but I know it used to be used in hospitals for wound care. So I did a little more research; went out and bought a 10ppm colloidal silver. We adopted the same routine with it. We used a cotton round pad to apply it to their chins twice a day after their meals. Within two days, their chins looked so much better! We applied it until it was gone, maybe 5 days. So i turned out to be very disappointed in this product, but in return, i found my next amazing medicine cabinet item.

Cleared my furbaby's face and chin within a week!!

Acne gone! I could not get a vet appointment for more than a week, so I gave this a try while keeping our vet appointment. I am happy to say that our cat's chin had visible improvement in 4 days and completely cleared up before the appointment date. It was the best $20 I spent in a very long time.

My cat is just shy of a year old. Was abandoned or lost at a very very young age, much to early to be separated from its mother. Located him after following cries for three days in a row. Took him in, bathed fed and spoiled him rotten. Bonding by using the facial therapy product to provide massages and give the much needed feeling of love and security that the kitten didn't receive due to being separated at such a young age from its mother. He absolutely enjoys massage time! No sting product. Love this stuff!
