Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this grooming kit for dramatically reducing pet hair around the home and replacing professional appointments. Most highlight the vacuum system's powerful suction, ease of use, and variety of attachments as game-changers, particularly for heavy-shedding breeds. Pets tolerate grooming well due to adjustable noise levels. The compact, well-made design earns consistent commendation. Some report clipper blades dull after a few uses or the collection bin fills quickly, and a few experienced equipment failure. Despite minor durability concerns, most customers consider it a worthwhile investment that delivers exceptional results.

We love this for our dogs. The detangler, undercoat rake, and brush are amazing with the vacuum. Makes grooming so much simpler and less messy.Major feedback: the trimmer guards are far too short for most dogs. 12mm is the bigger guard! That’s so bad. We need 18 and 24mm options for dogs that just need a light trim. This is the worst feature of this product.

You cannot sharpen or replace clipper blades. They get dull after 4-5 groomings and makes grooming more difficult and time consuming, and uncomfortable for my dog. Otherwise I like it, but I am making a change to another company that you can get replacement blades for their clippers.

Great for my dogs only issue is the grooming brush is not working right and I can’t find a replacement for it

I first found this brand when I bought the rake for pet hair. My husband used to joke saying I was addicted to it. I would do it every night religiously. Then I found the grooming kit. My dog did not like it at first. But then I think he understood, that when I do this it feels good plus he probably feels lighter. We use it every other night. I also use the one part on his bed, blankets and carpet. The reason im giving it 4 stars, is because when I use the fabric attachment it doesn't suction at hard as when im using the other attachments. But i do love this thing seriously!

I use this vacuum for my husky. If I could give this 100 stars I would.

One star until I get details on how to correct the issue. Used trimmer once until recharge was needed. Plug it in wont charge. Thing is clean, like it's never been used still. Kind of disappointed there is like information online.

This pet groomer is fantastic. I absolutely love it. I couldn't believe all the shedding hair I got off my dog. I absolutely would recommend this to everyone with fur babies. He looks fantastic.
