Customers say

Customers praise the cat tree for its engaging design with multiple levels, cozy condos, detachable toys, and scratching posts that keep cats entertained daily. Most report their cats love perching by windows and hiding in huts, with the tall structure ideal for multi-cat households. Reviewers highlight sturdy construction, minimal wobble, and durability lasting four years or more, with non-carpet fabric that's easy to clean. However, some report structural failures including broken poles and snapped perches, particularly with heavier cats over 10-15 pounds. Despite these concerns, most customers find the tree worthwhile for active households.

This is the second one that I ordered that was delayed, then cancelled, with no explanation. I will not attempt to order another cat tree from Petco.

No, I do not recommend this product.

When we got the pink cat tree, I thought I scored because it was big enough and seemed to be durable. However, It only last 6 months. The highest pole snapped in two. Mind you, only one senior cat uses the tree. Basically, you get what you pay for.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Its certainly big enough for a few cats. Not as soft and squishy in the bed areas as I anticipated

Yes, I recommend this product.

I thought it was a great item. 4 days after it was up, one of my cats went to jump up on the top layer bed and the pedestal just snapped off the base.

No, I do not recommend this product.

It was pretty easy to set up but the top bed came ripped. Kitties do love it though.

This cat tree is sadly not made for plus size kitties. The second lowest perch snapped off when my cat leaned too far out to the side. The particle board shredded at the bolt. We are still using it but removed the perch.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I have had this cat tree for 4 months and it is a beautiful color. My kitty weighs 10 pounds and it leans when she lays on the side perch. So it’s not fat cat friendly and she’s not even really fat.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Poorly made with cheap products. My 2 cats have been using it for only 4 days and there are already holes in the fur like covering on one of the posts and another the covering is coming apart because it wasn't glued correctly at the factory. My cats do enjoy it but I am unsure how long will last. If that weren't bad enough I also had to pay someone to put it together as I am a senior with mobility issues. Don’t waste your money on this one.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I have a fairly big boy (had to look for big trees specifically) and he fits! it's probably not going to be the best for a maine coon but a regular breed large cat should fit!
