Not Recommended
After one month I stopped using this litter box because it got stuck at least twice per week. Cleaning is a major chore and it wastes a lot of litter. Save your money. I regret wasting mine on this substandard expensive item.

Perfect Spacious Clean Litter Box
This litter box is 100% what I needed. My cat acclimated to it right away with no issues and I was able to use the same litter that he was used to. What I like the most is it is more spacious than other automated litter boxes I’ve seen making it easier to clean. The waste basket is also so much easier to access. Great litter box!

Perfect for my older cat
We have two different litter robots, this one and an iRobot and while they are both LIFE-SAVERS, this one from Refined Feline is the perfect size and height for my older (3-legged) cat to climb in and out of easily. She took to it immediately. For the price, I could have gotten two of these for the price of our big bulky iRobot. Highly Recommend!

Best Auto Litter Box
After trying several self-cleaning boxes that were all not quite as easy or care-free as advertised, I finally found one that lives up to it's claims! The UPET is easy to assemble, uses most clumping litters, empties after each cat uses the box, is easy to empty and you don't need to purchase bags, you can use ordinary plastic grocery bags. I have had this unit for about 2 months now and have not experienced any problems-our 3 adjusted immediately. Wish I had purchased it sooner!

Can I use wood pellets that turn into sawdust
Does this work well with "high peers" - i.e. cats who stand up while peeing?
- I purchased a UB C-10 or a UB C-10 Pro -.I think the height would not be an issue for your cat- my 11 lb cat has no problem using the box, however, my 14lb cat will not go in it. I do wish I had researched more and purchased one of the C-20 lines. The Opening is larger and the cats would be more comfortable.

- Yes, because the drum is one piece. So, if they urinate above the designated area there is no risk of the urine dripping down through any seams and getting onto the floor. However, they may accidentally urinate out the front due to the lower entry. The litter guard, sold separately, would solve this potential issue.

I purchased this auto litter box, but my cat hasn't used it yet. How long should I give her before I return it? I stopped cleaning her regular litter box but she still uses it instead of the unit.
- Hi Sally, we suggest 1) Move the old litter box next to automatic litter box. Clean like normal. Leave there for 1 week. Make sure the litter is the same in each. 2) Remove old litter box, leaving just the automatic litter box.

Does it take crystal liter well. My cat kicks out litter out of her box. Thought auto would help with the clean up and leave no tracking
