Many owners report their cats actively seek out, beg for, or become excited at the sound of the treat bag. While several note the strong fishy smell, most accept it as the key to the treats' effectiveness. Questions
What is the shelf life of this product in the sealed package?
- Hi there, Our fish treats have a minimum shelf life of 18 months, depending on the ambient temperature and humidity where you live. We can only guarantee the quality and freshness of our foods up to the Best By date printed on the packaging and do not recommend feeding past this time. Our dehydrated foods are naturally shelf-stable and should be stored in a cool, dry place, out of sunlight. We don’t recommend refrigerating our food when it’s dry, because this can introduce moisture. I hope that helps, but please let me know if you have any additional questions!
