Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this probiotic supplement for its exceptional impact on their dogs' health and satisfaction. Dogs eagerly consume it, with even picky eaters showing excitement at mealtime. Reviewers consistently report significant improvements in digestive health, particularly for dogs with sensitive stomachs or tummy troubles. Many appreciate the convenient, versatile format—mixing easily with kibble, dissolving in water, or freezing as treats—while adding essential probiotics and moisture to daily nutrition. A very small number noted their dogs were less interested, but this minimal feedback is vastly outweighed by enthusiastic endorsements. Overall, customers consider it a worthwhile, reliable supplement they plan to keep stocked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honest Kitchen’s Goat’s Milk has been such a fun addition to Bluey’s routine. It’s easy to prepare and mix into his meals or homemade treats. Since he can be a picky eater, I love having a simple way to make his food feel a little more special. We recently used it in homemade pancakes, and it was so easy to add!

My dog loves this goat milk. I pour some in her licky bowl, or put it on top of her kibble. And it's good for her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My border collie/aussie mix absolutely loves the taste of this. I add it to her whole food clusters every other day. It definitely helps keep your dog regular. If I do it daily, she'll need to go #2 pretty often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a great way to give my dogs extra nutrients. They just drink it up right out of their empty food bowl before I fill it back up. No nasty smell at all. Great product!

Questions

1 - 7 of 7 Questions

Can the Goats Milk be prepared and given as a liquid for my puppy to lap up?

  1. Yes, I give it to my dogs that way all the time

Can my day old puppy drink this

Can the powder goats milk be sprinkled on the dry dog food?

    1. Hi there, That's an excellent question! Unfortunately, since the goat's milk is a dehydrated product, it must be rehydrated before giving it to your pup. We do have customers that rehydrate the goat's milk and use that to top their dogs' meals as well. I hope this helps! Best,

Does the powder need to be refrigerated after being opened?

    1. Hello! That's a great question. Once the goat's milk has been rehydrated, it can be refrigerated for two to three days. The dehydrated goat's milk is shelf stable before rehydration though. So as long as you close the lid and store it in a cool, dry place, it will stay fresh until the date printed on the packaging. I hope this clears things up a bit! Thanks.

    Is there lactose when rehydrated?

    1. Hi there, Thanks for your question! Although there may be some naturally occurring lactose in goat's milk, the lactase content makes it so it's still very digestible for dogs and cats alike. Lactase is the enzyme responsible for breaking down lactose. Lactase is not present in the digestive system of most adult cats and dogs, and that's why they have a hard time digesting dairy products. Since the lactase content in our Instant Goat's Milk is sufficient enough to break down any lactose that's present, it will still be gentle on the digestive system. The addition of probiotics makes it even more beneficial for the gut and immune system as well! I hope this helps! Thanks

I have heard that goat's milk helps alleviate rear end itch for breeds like Blue Tick Hound. To your knowledge, does goat's milk help this problem?

    1. Hi there! It may be the case that because our goat's milk helps to provide overall immune support, a dog's itchy skin may subside. Just like with humans, probiotics do much more for the body than just regulating digestion. These live cultures may help sometimes in reducing inflammation, which can help to reduce itching. I hope this clears things up a bit!

Can it be made and stored?

    1. Hello! Yes, you can refrigerate the goat's milk for up to 3 days after adding water. You can also freeze it and store it for up to 2 months! I hope this clears things up!
