What is the best way to clean/polish these?
- Thank you for your question. The 24k Gold-Plated Nametags can be cleaned with soap and water. We apologize as we do not recommend using anything to remove the tarnish on the tag as this may damage the finish. cjm

Can tetra guppies eat flakes?
- You may be overfeediing, try cutting the amount back to a third of what you're feeding now. If they aren't meeting you at the surface when you open the lid, they're probably not hungry. Overfeeding is very common, and makes for a really gross tank. Better to feed them a little more later if they're still hungry than to dump in too much and waste it.
