DIRECTIONS

Fill your cat litter box with 4 inches of sWheat Scoop Clumping Cat Litter. Scoop twice daily. Regularly replenish with litter to maintain a 4-inch level. For optimal performance, keep unused litter in a sealed bag or container and store in a cool, dry place. sWheat Scoop is a flushable cat litter. Do not flush in California, instead dispose of in trash. Flushable, septic safe in other states, and designed to flush in well maintained systems. Flush only 1-2 clumps of sWheat Scoop cat litter at a time in toilet. Let clumps soak for 20 minutes to soften and break down. Flush and you're done.

Been using Swheat scoop for over 15 years. Have had no bugs in it. Does need to be cleaned am and pm. If you don't clean it...yes it hardens a bit. I'll take that over clay and that ground corn Cob junk anytime. My cats have been strictly indoors. Think of this. I had forest green carpet upstairs when I had my condo. Was using the ground corn cob natural litter.(won't say whos) The first day of using it, I came home from work to find little paw prints from my 2 boys starting at the litter box and all around the whole upstairs. Here's the worst. I went to the ground corn because the so called no track clay I was using was the nastiest ever. I didn't make my bed one day and I had put white sheets on the bed. Came home to find grey paw prints and grit all over the bottom Sheet. Believe me that I was so grossed out about what was al over my furniture and bedding. Bought the Swheat scoop and I have never had an issue of nasty residue or finding bits on or in my bed. Yes...I'm happy to clean the box 2x a day and to have tracking only around the litter box. What do you want more? Test it yourself...the corn cob was easy to notice. The Grey residue from clay blends in with everything.

I don't know how they get away with there marketing saying 95.5 dust free. Please every time I scoop a puff of dust in my face. I started using a mask until I used up the 2 bags I bought. I switched over from the World's best green bag because after using World's best for over 2 years it just doesn't seem the same. Anyway back to sWheat and another thing it says it clumps great really hard. I don't think so just about every scoop there's broken pieces so you have to scoop and scoop. time to fine something better. The Urine also goes right down to the bottom and sticks and yes I use at least 3 inches.

I ordered this cat litter because I needed litter asap and did not have transportation to a store. The bag came with a hole in it and a piece of "petco" tape over the hole. The tape came loose and half the bag spilled out into the box. I am not even sure if i got the full amount of litter because the bag was compromised. I used it instead of trying to return it because of the aforementioned reason for ordering it in the first place. I tried to find a way to report this but the only phone number I could find would only let me check the order status and nothing else.

The only trulY unique pro is that it’s flushable and we all know whether or not that is environmentally okay is debatable, and depends on your septic system. It is low dust , but never the less my apartment is covered in litter particles when I use this. I would have to vacuum and sweep 2 to 3 times a day to keep up with it. It gets stuck in their paws and ends up around the whole home, even though their litter boxes are surrounded by litter mats. So, even though my cats enjoy it I will have to switch.

Your bags are plastic, but are not marked w/ the TYPE of plastic. In line with your program to remove plastic bottles from the water stream, wouldn't you want to make make it easy for customers to recycle the bag?

I wash and recycle the bags under "multi-layer" plastic through my Ridwell recycling program. I pay for this extra plastic recycling program and I now recycle most plastics. I still limit purchasing items in plastic containers whenever I am able to.

No, not at all since the ingredient is processed wheat. But like any organic product, if eaten in bulk then it would make an animal's stomach rather upset.

Swheat Scoop has a "Perks" program with coupons that can be used in stores. (In reference to a previous answer, I'm sure Petco.com doesn't mind customers asking about store coupons. The website and B&M stores are obviously closely financially linked, as evidenced by several of their practices: Petco.com offers ship-to-store orders, website purchases can be returned to stores, Petco B&M stores will price-match Petco.com prices, etc.)
