Customers say
Customers overwhelmingly praise this carrier for its exceptional value, easy assembly, and practical design. Most highlight the spacious interior, lightweight construction, and straightforward setup requiring no tools. The flexible door design that opens from either side and removable door are frequently appreciated. Many find it exceeds expectations for the price compared to costlier alternatives. However, some note durability concerns, mentioning plastic knobs or locks can break easily, and a few describe it as flimsy for heavier pets. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider it an excellent affordable option for basic pet transport needs.
