I wanted a large box so that my cats could fit comfortably, this one was affordable… But I never thought that I was buying a piece of junk. They have the stupid label covering the flap so the cats can’t see out. The corners are rounded, so it’s literally impossible to clean out the box.

My issue is not with the litterbox itself, it's with the misrepresentation of the price on the website. I shopped online from home, and asked my husband to stop on his way home and pick up this litterbox. When he paid, the employee said the price was $49.99, not the $23.99 advertised on the website. The employee explained that this was not the litterbox that's on sale. So, my husband paid and left. I understand that it's my responsibility to read the fine print. I do feel that this type of advertising is misleading. What difference does it make if I order the item online, then select to have you pick the item off the shelf for me? I'm thinking none. I actually saved your employee labor of having to get the item off the shelf. Yet, I'm penalized for choosing to be independent and fetch my own items. If you want to run your business this way, at least make it clear on your website that if I go to the store myself and get my own items, I will pay full price.

The litter box is fine I suppose, but not worth the $40+ we had to pay when the sales associate insisted the tray and hood were sold separately. I could find nothing that said this was the case. On the contrary, everything about it on the website specifically described it as one unit. So we were basically ripped off.

Perfect low front for the fat cat who cant get in and the high back for the male cat who is a over shooter.

We bought this a few weeks ago when we got our fourth cat. We wanted something big enough to handle multiple users. The cats are happy with it. They don't knock off the door as they did with smaller boxes, and that really helps control the litter mess and the odor. Just about to order a second one for upstairs.

I bought this for my tall 18-pound cat, and it's great for giving him enough space to do his business, but if you have a "high pee-er," this is not the box for you. The seam between the top and bottom allows urine to enter and then drip out onto the floor. There is a thin contoured area around the lip of the box that is hard to clean urine out of. Because the urine doesn't go into the litter, it smells bad.

Excellent box for big cat! My cat weighs around 14 pounds and this is perfect. I remove the flap. Well made.

Little box was great. Purchasing was the hard part. after 3 tries at 3 different stores, a Door Dash guy delivered the wrong product.
