This thing is the worst! Getting it to prime is one thing, but once you do it just pours water all over your floor! Mine did not come with the clear hose, the attachments break off. Can't get it to seal. I take care of fish for a living and this thing literally made me want to QUIT MY JOB. Most FRUSTRATING piece of crab I have ever dealt with. I let my fish and aquatic turtles suffer for 2 months because I could Not even look at this stupid thing. Biggest waste of money ever.

When it's actually running it works ok but it takes about 5-10 straight priming just to get it working. I'm using it in a QT tank that I change out every 3 days. It's junk

First off, even buying it was a horrible experience then when I get the filter it doesn't work and the instructions are useless.

getting it going was the only complaint. i use a external pump to get it going now. I have hade it for 3+ years now and it is still running like a champ. had it on a 40 breeder for a year. now its on a 120 for turtles.

First one came in without the intake tube. Took it back and swapped for another one. Piece of crap. The entire priming mechanism doesn’t work. The suction lever pushes more air in to the tube than it does suctioning up the water. And the tube it came with was less than 10”. Legit could not get it to work AT ALL. Taking it back.

i do more research and find out that the advertised picture on website is not what in store, i went couple store has the same result, i believe the picture on website is new version of the filter, it not on store yet.

The priming mechanism does not work properly and it broke already. It does not seem to clear the water up and only worked well once and that’s when we bought it.
