Consult with your veterinarian for specific dosing instructions. How to Administer: 1. Push down and turn cap to open bottle, then attach the dosing syringe to the plug-in adapter of the bottle. 2. Turn the bottle upside down. Pull the plunger back until you reach the dosage prescribed by your vet. 3. Separate the dosing syringe from the bottle, then push the plunger to empty the contents of the syringe directly into the cats mouth OR apply to a small amount of food. 4. If needed, clean the syringe with a clean, dry cloth. Give SENVELGO oral solution at approximately the same time each day.

DIABETIC KETOACIDOSIS/EUGLYCEMIC DIABETIC KETOACIDOSIS Cats treated with SENVELGO (velagliflozin oral solution) may be at an increased risk of diabetic ketoacidosis or euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis (see Adverse Reactions). As diabetic ketoacidosis and euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis cats treated with SENVELGO oral solution may result in death, development of these conditions should be treated promptly, including insulin administration and discontinuation of SENVELGO oral solution (see Monitoring). Due to the risk of developing diabetic ketoacidosis or euglycemic ketoacidosis, do not use SENVELGO oral solution in cats with diabetes mellitus who have previously been treated with insulin, who are receiving insulin, or in cats with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (see Contraindications). SENVELGO oral solution should not be initiated in cats with anorexia, dehydration, or lethargy at the time of diagnosis of diabetes mellitus or without appropriate screening tests.
