My corgi is 3 years old and super active. He inhales food so we have to use a maze bowl or the kong wobble to slow him down. When I saw that this food was specially shaped to slow corgis down and encourage chewing, I thought that was just a gimmick--how much could the shape really prevent my dog from inhaling the food as quickly as possible? Well, while it isn't complete magic, this kibble shape really does encourage him to chew way more than other kibble. It's a little large for the Kong Wobble so it actually takes him longer to eat, which is good to keep him active. As an attentive corgi owner, I am always looking out for his joint health, especially because he loves jumping. I give a daily joint supplement, but it's really great to know there are additional ingredients in this food to support his bones and joints.
