I liked it at first. I even bought a second. But then the problems started, mostly due to the bridge. Pee accumulates in the litter under the bridge. And there's no way to clean it without using your hands to remove and replace it. Also one cat sometimes stands with his back feet on the bridge.And pees outside the box. Another cat stands with his front feet on the bridge. And for some reason raises his back and pees over the far wall. I don't know why, but he never does that with any other box.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I was happy for about a month. To the point that I bought a second one. Then the problems started, primarily due to the bridge at the entrance. Pee collect in the litter under the bridge, and you have to remove clean and replace it by hand. I finally removed the bridge entirely, but worry about about the post sticking up in the middle of the box. One cat stands with his back feet on the bridge and pee's outside the box. Cat 2 stands with his front paws on the bridge and raises his back and pees over the wall on the other side. I don't know why, but that never happens with any other box.

No, I do not recommend this product.

This is the worst litter box ever because the stair that's built in gets in the way my cat goes potty in it it gets stuck in the holes it gets stuck around it it's impossible to clean. I don't know what they were thinking when they put that step in it's not needed!

I’ve had many litter boxes because my older girl likes to hike her butt up and ends up peeing over the top of every box! Never happens with this box. Not even once! The “step” inside the opening keeps her from backing up to the low opening, otherwise she’d be peeing on the floor. Easy to scoop and clean, too.

The positive is that this litter box is large enough, and the sides are tall enough to keep the litter contained for my male cat. But this box is not a quality product. I like to change the boxes every few years after the litter starts to stick to the bottom of the box. The soiled litter immediately sticks to the bottom, so you have to chisel it off with the scooper.
