Customers overwhelmingly praise this veterinary diet for managing serious gastrointestinal and metabolic conditions. Most report dramatic improvements in dogs with chronic pancreatitis, sensitive stomachs, and digestive diseases, citing elimination of vomiting and diarrhea. Many highlight exceptional palatability, noting picky eaters eagerly consume it after refusing other foods. The low-fat formulation is repeatedly emphasized as critical for medical management. Reviewers frequently mention veterinary recommendations as the reason for choosing it, viewing it as clinically credible. A few customers note the high price as a drawback, and several mention kibble size concerns for small breeds. Overall, most consider it a life-changing solution for medically compromised dogs.

Purina pro Plan Advantage

I had high hopes for the Purine Pro plan Advantage. Hills Biome worked well but my vet really likes Purina. My 1 1/2 year old dog has a very sensitive stomach and tends to have softer stool. She likes the food and we’re on our second large bag of Advantage but sadly no improvement with her stool. We’re getting ready to do a slow transition to Purina HP.

Finally got my dog to eat

Kimberly M

My senior dog has been through two rounds of pneumonia in these last couple months. His appetite has been very low and the only thing I could get him to eat for a long time was just chicken breast. This was finally a low-fat food that he would eat while not feeling great.

EN food has been a life saver for my 13 year old Pittie with Protein losing enteropathy. It has made her quality of life so much better. I have always been a Purina pet food fan. They have been in the business of animal feed for so long they really know what they are doing.

This is the only food that my collie can eat, especially after bloat surgery two months ago. He has been eating this EN dry and canned for three years. He has a sensitive stomach and the food has helped him tremendously.
