I purchased three packs of canned food, but they were delivered with broken cans and appeared to be licked and damaged. I contacted customer service to request a replacement and explained that I would return all three boxes because I did not want to clean the mess. Instead of replacing all three boxes, they offered only one free box and refused to replace the full order. I clarified that I don’t want a free box—I simply want the three packs replaced with intact, clean products and that will return the messy ones to which they refused to send the new ones.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The savory selects DM feline has much larger chunks then before, my cat does not like it as much, have to cut it up for him.
